The Telegraph is reporting that W ended a meeting at a climate conference this weekend with a joke - "Goodbye, from the world's biggest polluter!" he chimed to a room of horrified world leaders.
As for me, I hope he was referring to himself...that this is some sign that he's simply going to phone it in for the final months.

In most of the cases I've seen where President Bush garbles something, I can figure out what he was trying to say. I can't for the life figure out what his intended joke / quip was...
