HP is currently the leading US PC manufacturer, shipping 14M units in Q4 of 2007 compared to Dell's 11M. Thing is, I have never worked for a company that is HP/Compaq-based, nor do I know of anyone else who does. Does anyone out there have an HP or Compaq box on their desk?

I actually have a Compaq laptop, a Compaq desktop, 2 HP printers, and an HP scanner. It's not about brand loyalty, they just make cheap personal computing products that last a long time.
One of my printers is an HP LaserJet that is 11 years old... and still running like new. Totally UNHEARD of in the technology field!
