Okay, I know that it is totally different sports, but the Nats starting pitcher struck out 11 before he was pulled for a pinch hitter and he still took the loss. With some timely hitting, Perez would not have taken the loss.
Sorry about the loss of your Pats today. Hopefully they will come back strong next week.
