I know how I read the third shirt, but I'm not sure that it is the way that the creator of the shirt intended it. For me, I try to use the phrase "I'm a Jew" more than "I am Jewish". The seocnd comes across as saying that you are "jew-like" not actually a Jew. Like, "Why don't we meet 3-ish" or "The long skirt was green-ish".

I think the second it pretty funny - you could get away with it in your neighborhood. The third makes absolutely no sense to me.
Are we sure it's not a play on "You wish"?
