I knew about the Birds, and the Old Man, but even I missed over half of these.

The reason you haven't seen half those movies is because you don't have small children who you drag to the theater half an hour early to get aisle seats and make bathroom trips befoe the start of the movie. Also, you probably don't rent these movies very often, again with kids, who make you watch every last commercial and feature on the DVD at least 20 times. :-) And God-Willing, one day you will understand what I am referring to...
Oh, I thought you meant that you hadn't seen some of the short films. I didn't notice some of those things, like the ball, or the mime (I never saw Incredibles), I did notice the Planet Express truck in other movies, the birds, and all of the references in Cars, Monster's Inc, and Toy Story (1 & 2), because I have seen those about 200 times.
I stand by my previous comment - when you have kids, you will know the movies by heart from watching them so frequently... and notice the details and hidden jokes.

Let me not be unclear -- I have seen every one of the movies -- I just haven't seen the obscure references.
